There is a great deal of interest in the races, and undoubtedly they will be witnessed by large crowds of roller fans. The more prominent of the skaters entered have been practicing every afternoon af-ternoon for a week to get into the best possible condition for the contests, and it is likely that a new State record will be established before the final race is run.
