The business is owned by John D. and Geraldine Spencer. It is managed by Kent D. Spencer and Diane Thompson is an employee. Jacks Western has been in operation in Payson for 17 years. The shop is very attractive built of beige brick complimented with antique shingles and brown trim. The products sold at Jacks Western are: shirts, blouses, pants, hats, boots, suits, saddles, bridles, halters, blankets etc. They deal in such brand names as Levi, Lee, H Bar D, Millers, Tem Tex, gw 0 Herford, Tony Lama, Justin, Resistol and Colorado Saddlery.
