GIVEN that, the Bingham Mines Company, a corporation, by Its duly authorized agent and attorney-in-fact, Inier I'ett, , whose post office address' is Dooly Block, Salt Lake City, Utah, has ni4ile application for patent for the Agate Fraction lode mining claim, situated In the West Mountain Mining District, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, de-ilgnated de-ilgnated a Mineral Survey No. 6922, described, with magnetic variation at ' ' 17o East, as follows, viz.. Beginning at Cor. No. 1, (from which the Cor. to Sees. 25, 30, 31 and S6, T. 3 S.i Rgs. 2 and 3 West, S.L.B, Mid Mer., bears S. 16o21' E. 2972.7 ft) and running thence N.41 E.492.7 ft. to Cor. No. 2; thence N.4827 W. 48.9 ft to Cor. Nf. 3;.thence S-54..40' W 505.9 ft. to Cor. No. 4; thence S. 48,-27' E. 168.4 ft. to Cor. No. 1, the place of beglinnlng. Said lode lode mining claim Is located lo-cated in the NE& Sec. 25, T. 3 S.. R. S W., S. L. Mer., and contains a net area of 0.793 acre, the areas in conflict con-flict with the following claims having been (excluded, viz.. Bur. 5378 Agate lode 0.284 acre. Sur. 6378 Amber lode 0.133 acre Sur. 3656 Snowdrift lode0.01 acre The nearest known locations as shown by the official plat of survey are the aforesaid excluded claims, and Sur. 3772 Oak Brush lode; Sur. 3618 Palconda lode; and Sur. 3619 Palazzo lode. Said claim is of record in the office of-fice of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County at Salt Lake City, Utah, In Book "K" of Locations, page 306.
