Show HAMPTON AND DAVENPORT. Several Interesting Cases Disposed of in the Third District Court. The following cases were heard by Judge Zane to-day : Rose Griffiths etc., vs. F. D. Clift. Motion for new trial heretofore submitted. Motion denied and overruled. Exception taken and ten days' stay of proceedings allowed to perfect per-fect appeal. People etc., vs. Frank McDonald. Ordered that defendant's witnesses be subpoenaed by the Marshal. David F. Walker vs. Lewis B. Rogers ; plaintiff asks judgment for costs upon verdict. Defendant objects. Court orders judgment entered according to verdict, and costs to be paid by both parties to the suit. People, etc., vs. Frank Treseder ; impleaded im-pleaded with N. V. Jones. Demurrer overruled and exception taken, and defendant de-fendant ordered to be arraigned on Mon- ! day, April 12th, at 10 o'clock, j People etc. vs. B. Y. Hampton.
