Show Are They Sons of Their Father? San Fbancisco, February 12. The story of Edwin Edward and Edward Edwin Blythe, two f oundrymen of London who claim to be the legitimate sons of Thomas H. Blythe, the deceased millionaire, will be published m to-morrow's Chronicle. They state that they were his sons by the first wife. The father married again and married a third wife bigamously. For. this offense he was transported to Van Dieman's Land. After serving five years he was released and came to this State, where he accumulated a fortune for-tune of five millions before his death. There are already about 100 claimants to the deceased's estate, who are scattered in England, En-gland, Australia and different parts of the United States. To this list these two have added their claims, which have been placed in the hands of an attorney of this city. |
