Farm-ington. i Sample' bottles of the ' waters- j were sent East and have been analyzed and passed uponiyery satisfactorily, and recent letters from Mr." Stayner state that he is meeting with every desirable en-.conragement. en-.conragement. v -. ? i - ' While this effort is being pushed there, Mr. Beck is perfecting arrangements here by which he expects to be able next week to - place1- his hot spring and iron spring, waters on draught on Main street steaming hot and fresh from the Springs. The iron spring was struck in the recent well-boring, and furnishes an excellent mineral tonic beverage, which is ' likely to become more popular for its medicinal? qualities T, than the sul-ihur sul-ihur water. Mr. Beck has ar ranged to have a wagon constructed with two tanks one for each class of water; and to haul to town every morning morn-ing ! a supply ; for ' families and hotels, and have it on draught on the street. Mr. Beck has confidence that the water will soon come into general use, and intends in-tends pushing vigorously to that end. |
