Show The Opera House Lobby. While .a Democrat reporter was casting an admiring eye around the lobby of the Opera House, his attention was directed to a new "ticket hole" that has been made in the west side of the entrance. It is much larger and in a better place than the . location formerly used for selling tickets. . On the inside a part oi the large room heretofore used as lunch rooms has .been partitioned off so as to allow of a large and comfortable com-fortable apartment in the rear. This will be used as an office for the 'purpose of transacting such business as is connected with the house. A large iron screen has been placed immediately around the corner cor-ner devoted to the sale of tickets, and the balance of the room will be nicely carpeted car-peted and furnished. The change is a desirable one, will prove a great convenience, con-venience, and is a decided improvement. |
