Show I Died on the Train I I We regret to learn of the bereavement of Mr J W Smith of this city in the I loss of two of his children lately The circumstances arc about as follows Mr I Smith and family who are residents of Provo have for some time been living at his mill in Santaquin Canyon Last Thursday two of his children were taken sick and Mrs Smith left by the U C Railroad for this city on the same day to obtain medical assistance bringing with her the two little ones who were sick I While on the way from Santaquin the younger one of the two children died The funeral services were conducted on Friday last The other child got no better and last night between 6 and 7 I oclock also died The disease is said to have been putrid sore throat The sym pathy of the whole community is extend ed toward the parents in the loss of their two children Provo Enquirer I w |
