Nabbed Him nt Bingham Marshal Phillips received a dispatch this morning from Bingham saying that a man with a horse and carriage answering answer-ing the description of Joe Raymond and the Sawyer rig was being held there awaiting the arrival of an officer from Salt Lake Marshall Phillips imme diately dispatched Officer Bateman to see to the matter and it is more than likely that he will arrive this evening with Ray mond and the stolen horse and carriage which the thief disappeared with last Tuesday morning Raymond is a daring young trespasser and was just released from the city jail a few days ago after serving several weeks for severl stealing a watch from W 0 Sawyer I caught this time I he will undoubtedly get the full extent of his deserts I
