J Snow Staff Writer October 8 opened a new chapter in the history of downtown Salt Lake City The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter Saints announced plans to improve downtown Salt Lake and make it into a community community community that is a model for communities communities communities around the nation Bishop H.
