Show funeral services for mrs cooley by florence galbraith funeral services were held sunday afternoon in our ward chapel at three for mrs ethel cooley who died here on friday mrs cooley had been ill for some time and her parents had been caring for her at their home her husband preceded her in death a few years ago mrs cooley is survived by her rather father and mother mr and mrs W R guymon and three sisters mrs hazel guymon and mrs rachel kartchner of silt salt lake city mrs hattie hatlie guymon of this place and the following brothers morley lee ervin and david of blanding and rollo of arizona mrs cooley has an adopted daughter the funeral services included a quartette by aaron harvey frast black hyrum black and platte lyman opening prayer by A Z brown ruth palmer and aaron harvey sang a duet there Is a home eternal david J black then spoke and the junior quartette nelson jones ted jones reed jones and ramon black sang in the garden A R lyman spoke followed by a violin solo oh my father by earl ear kartchner of salt lake city then bishop wm win ervin palmer sp ke briefly and thanked everyone in behalf of the family who helped them out at this time and for the beautiful flowers the male quartette sang another selection and benediction was offered by phil hurst the pall bearers were morley rollo slick ervin and david guymon and earl kartchner interment took place in arizona on monday the guyman family have I 1 1 the deepest sympathy of our entire community at this time |
