monticello SCHOOL I 1 i THIRD GRADE HOLLAND by helen redd the third grade is studying about holland holland hollan d is a country with canals neary nearly nil all over the people in holland like bright colors the skirts the girls wear are arc usually blue or yellow the hats have tewo wings the boys wear black pants red blue jackets jacket and blue hats bats the houses in ia holland are madr made of brick and have peaked roofs when they eat cat the parents always sit down and the children stand up they have little closets to sleep in they open a little door and there is a bed in the wall they have many many tulips in holland more than any ether place we are reading the little dutch tulip girl and its lot of cf fun
