South street. The veteran Crown Cleaning operator, and Ray Nilson, Nil-son Nil-son Furniture dealer, both pro-tested pro-tested proposed peak - time curbs, and declared to restrict . parking as proposed on 5th, 7th and 9th East streets similarly to 13th East, was entirely different, dif-ferent, because "restricting parking in residential areas is far different than restricting it in a business district."
