Show Soulli East Square Dance FURNITURE STORE PLANS GAY 27TH CELEBRATION It's a gala event set for Sugar House marking the 27th anniversary anni-versary of the South East Furniture, and Horace A. Sorensen an-nonuced an-nonuced that: Everybody is invited to attend the anniversary square dance festival Thursday evening, September 17th at 8 p. m.L at the parking lot, 2144 South 11th East. The treat's on South East, (store not open Thursday evening.) Refreshments Giant birthday cake We are inviting the following clubs and others to participate: Swinging Squares, Cottonwood Squares, Bustles and Beaus, Folk Dancers, Promenaders, city and Provo groups, M. C. Squares, Stars and Squares, Hicks and Chicks and all others. We are inviting the following callers, and others who would like to call their favorite dance: Roy Koerber, Burt Thompson, C. A. "Andy" Anderson, F. H. 'Fern' Bennion, Mel Headman, Dan Crawford, W. H. 'Bill' Adams, Grant Bigham, Monte Marshall, Lee Gale, C. A. 'Tommy" Thomas, Wendell Taylor, Dick Derry, Clarence Robbins, Hugh V. Brown, Howard Falkner, Burton Banks, Earl A. Beck, F. VTm. Ludwig and others. The music will be by Hank Angell and the Covered Wagon Gang, and there will be special decorations, lighting and sound. |
