Show S. L. CO. DUP IN FIRST MEETING Mrs. William E. Nelson, 3797 South 3100 East, president of the South Salt Lake County Daughters Daugh-ters of Utah Pioneers and representing repre-senting the group, presented a pair of flag standards to the Central Company at the meeting last week. Mrs. Kate B. Carter accepted the gift. The meeting was the first of the season's regular monthly sessions ses-sions and the lesson, "Pioneer Dentists Den-tists and Druggists," was presented by Mrs. George F. Evans. Officers for the year are Mrs. Nelson, president; Mrs. Frank Met-calf, Met-calf, first vice president; Mrs. C. J. Bowden, second vice president, Mrs. Harold Rushton, recorl secretary; Mrs. George Evans, corresponding secretary. Mrs. D. Alma Dowding, treasurer; Mrs. Hazel McRae historian; his-torian; Mrs. J. H. Hand, parliamentarian, parlia-mentarian, and Mrs. David W. Smith, chaplain. Committee members for the meet included Mrs. Eugene Moss, Mrs. Nelson, Mrs. Harold Rushton and Mrs. A. H. Paxton. |
