Show Loaded Bow ARCHER SHOOTS SELF AS ARROW SPLINTS At 6:20 a. m. Tuesday, Frank Sabourin knew his bow was loaded, and he noticed the ' arrow was bent. But he fired away anyway at the target in his garage at 1845 McCelelland avenue. The searing pain in his hand made him forget the target, and as he looked down, he saw the splintered arrow had pierced his hand from the thumb cushion through the back of his hand at the base of the index finger. Police Ambulance Driver Joe Longson administered first aid, and the archer was released to his private physician. |
