Mansel Best, 3545 Ninth East, Dr. Kenneth L. Cook, head of the Department of Geophysics, Geo-physics, announced this week. A Granite High School graduate, Mr. Best will receive $400 and tuition tui-tion fees in this his senior year from Magnolia, an affiliate of Soc-ony Soc-ony Mobil Oil Co.
