To prove that people are really funny we point to the program entertainers who were all members of our club. It only on-ly goes to show how much hidden hid-den talent there is around. That "quintette", for instance, composed com-posed of Lions Marchant, Gad-die, Gad-die, Richards, Bennion and Withers, accompanied by Lion Thomas. If this is a sample of the calibre cali-bre of parties to follow during the balance of the year, the Holladay Hol-laday Lions are in for some real entertainment, as well as close friendly feeling, as evidenced in this first Fall Festival. that it has been one of the finest fin-est community undertakings yet completed in our community. commun-ity. We are sure that we can look forward to many more pleasant experiences like those we enjoyed Monday evening. We wish to draw attention to Holladay citizens that under the sponsorship of the Salt Lake j County Recreation League and the Holladay Lions, it is our intention in-tention that the park be prepared pre-pared for flooding, so that 'teen age children, as well as adults, will have a place to spend many happy hours during the coming winter season. |
