Everyone Is hurrying with no time for friendly greetings and a leisurely chat on the corner. Most unpleasant of all is the sight of numerous "down-and-outers" and common bums that line certain streets in town. Salt Iviko probably has less than other places of similar size, but the frequency of them on Salt Lake streets compared with Sugar I rouse is surprising. Sugar House, being the business heart of a fine residential area, has a responsibility to keep things as pleasant as they are. It is a tribute to its leaders, its police force and to its citizens citi-zens that it has been kept clean and orderly. The Bulletin recommends that all residents of this area keep a watchful and interested eye on developments here so that constructive con-structive and progressive activities will be encouraged and un-healty un-healty ones will be stifled before they find a place in our midst.
