Show NOTICE OP ANNUAL MEETING MEET-ING OP THE STOCKHOLDERS STOCKHOLD-ERS OP UPPER CANAL IRRIGATION IR-RIGATION COMPANY Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the stockholders stock-holders of Upper Canal Irrigation Irriga-tion Company a Utah corpora-Ward corpora-Ward Meeting House in Hol-tion, Hol-tion, will be held at Holladay laday, Utah, on Monday, the 20th day of March 1950, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. and that in addition addi-tion to the election of directors and other matters which shall come before said annual meeting, meet-ing, there will be proposed for the consideration and action of the stockholders amendments to the Articlesxjof Incorporation as follows: 1. Amendment of Article II to provide that the corporation shall continue in existence for a period of one hundred years. 2. Amendment of Article VI to clarify the same' with respect to the election of the officers of the corporation by the board of directors. 3. Amendment of Article Vlt to provide that the annual meeting of the stockholders, shall be held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on the third Monday in March of each year or at such other hour as may be decided upon by the stockholders, instead in-stead of at 1 o'clock p.m. on the third Monday in March, as heretofore provided.
