Everybody is going ... so we'll see you there. Maybe you hadn't heard that Yvonne Welling Cassity and her two small fry have come back home Tor a visit before sailing for Europe. Glen in in IGermany now in the diplomatic diplo-matic corps. Mrs. Cassity and the two children will leave the first of September to join him. Illustrious group clamored up to Brighton over the week end. Saw Dr. and Mrs. Lowell Lees and Mr. and Mrs. Ross Dalton talking to Wayne Tolman. He was urging them to ride the ski lift. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Walton and their two sons were there, too. President J. Reuben Clark. John A. Widtsoe, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin West, Mr. and Mrs. J. Percy Goddard had "honored guest" seats in Sunday school. Which reminds us that Mr. and Mrs. Preston Richards of Los Angeles, Calif., were in the meeting, too. They're visiting here and had glowing reports about the Daby girl their daughter, Ann, is mothering these days . . . Mrs. Clarence Cummings, 2522 S. 17th East was enjoying a week's vacation va-cation at the MIA home. Met Mr. and Mrs. Forrest H. Green of 1997 Lincoln St., who are doing the chaperoning of the home this year. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Lym, 2683 Thirteenth East St., were hosts at a large dinner party at their home Saturday. Reason Rea-son for the gala affair was the forthcoming marriage of their son Stephen and Lita Jean Stevens. Wedding date for the southeastern couple is to be August 16. Lita Is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Farrell L. Stevens, 52 Hollywood Ave. |
