Show PAUL R. SIGSBEE NAMED S. H. CHRISTMAS CHAIRMAN Sugar House is promised an unusually ifine Christmas celebration cele-bration with the appointment of Paul R. Sigsbee as chairman, according to Paul L. Pehrson, chamber president, who made the announcement Tuesday, Nov. 21. Mr. Sigsbee, although a comparative newcomer to Sugar House, is already well known in the community. He has served in one capacity or another in nearly every event that Sugar House has put on this year. Mr. Sigsbee and his wife are owners of the Young Fashion Shop, 2032 South 11th East. PLAZA WILL BE DECORATED The Plaza will be the "centerpiece" for the Christmas decorations, Mr. Sigsbee said. A beautiful and colorful animated ani-mated display will be placed there in a special building, he announced. It will be one of the most outstanding Christmas Christ-mas displays in the nation, Mr. Sigsbee added. Another feature of this year's celebration will be a contest among business firms in window displays and store lighting. Two trophies will be awarded: one for the most attractive window and one for the best lighted store exterior. exte-rior. Ray D.
