Show Charm Taught at Westminster ; ster's new status as a senior college. It sets forth the duties du-ties of the various officers, provides pro-vides for student publications, and establishes requirements for athletic and forensic awards. Mrs. Emery Sherman Beard-sley Beard-sley of Los Angeles was on the Westminster college campus this week for the second annual an-nual Co-Ed "Week, advising students stu-dents and their mothers on matters mat-ters of personality and good grooming. She spoke to all women wom-en of the school each mornlns from Tuesday through Friday at 10.20. and arranged personal interviews with those who desired de-sired them, to discuss hair stvl-ing, stvl-ing, cosmetics, costume, and etiquette. A graduate of Northwestern North-western university, and recently recent-ly fashion coordinator for Bul-rock's-Wilehire, Los Angeles, Mrs. Beardsley is well qualifiea to counsel on matters of charm. Dr. Joseph A. Cooper, a field representative of the Northern Baptist Convention, spoke in the Westminster chapel Monday morning. A recipient of the French croix de guerre as a chaplain in World War 1, and former president of Sioux Falls college. South Dakota, Dr. Cooper urged the students to make every use of the unique opportunities which are available avail-able in such schools as Westminster. West-minster.
