The 1950 convention of the American Mining Congress is scheduled for the fair grounds August 28 through the 31st. Here will be set up display booths of both national and international manufacturers of mining machinery and supplies. This show will attiact the largest larg-est gathering of convention travelers to be entertained in Utah during the year. The space for attractions has been handled by the mining association associa-tion headquarters in Washing-'on, Washing-'on, and is said to be almost all al'otted.
