Guess everybody in town was shocked at the tragic accident Clyde and Genevieve ' Barra-clough Barra-clough were in a week ago. The fact that they are a, popular couple is evident in the concern that everyone is showing over their recent trouble. They are home from the hospital now and recuperating as well as can be expected. DOING THE TOWN By Elaine Cannon What a gay time the young people in Highland Park stake were having Tuesday night. The big M Men and Gleaner quartet B. Spencer Young walking along with Bob Backman, both men deep in conversation. They're Highland Park-ers. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman C. Young entertained friends at their home Sunday evening. Mrs. Beth McDonald sat witih a couple of her Beehive girls including cute Carol Garff. George Woodhury was mighty proud of the contrib-ntion contrib-ntion his sons made in the male quartet and mixed quartet, too. Saw Marge Kjar, Shawna McLatchy, Marilyn Cannon and the Ray Alstons out to hear the program. Sunday-go-to-meetiing . . . |
