Check these people quickly, but pleasantly, with "Sorry, but I must finish this work." After you have reminded re-minded them several times that you are in a place of business they will leave you alone. You may be sure anyone who gossips gos-sips with you about fellow workers will gossip about you with these same people. A particular office bore is the one who borrows money regularly and usually forgets to pay it back. Naturally Nat-urally occasions arise when people really need a loan, but usually the company or the employer can advance ad-vance them the money. Fellow workers who borrow a couple of dollars, dol-lars, or even 50 cents, and repeat .the following week either show poor management or a lack of good consideration, con-sideration, and should be discouraged discour-aged from making a habit of this.
