Show Couple to Note Golden Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wright will celebrate their goiden wedding wed-ding anniversary Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Quinter H. Bilings 1386 Yale Ave. They were married March 25, 1896, in the Salt Lake Temple Tem-ple and have two sons, Ernest Lynn and Melvin B. Wright and one daughter, Mrs. Billings. They also have 10 grandchildren. The Wrights have lived most of their married lives in Le-Grande Le-Grande ward, their present home being at 934 McClelland, and both have been active in the mission field. Mr. Wright served two missions in Samoa, one as president one in Great Britain and one in the Northwestern North-western states. He also served as bishop of the 6th-7th ward- Both Mr. and Mrs. Wright are members of pioneer families, Mrs. Wright's parents having crossed the plains with one of the handcart companies. |
