Funk, chairman of the Utah State Liquor Control Commission Com-mission is one of that substantial citizen upon whom the comunity depends a great deal for leadership lead-ership and guidance. He has in the past and no doubt will continue an the future to give more than his share of time and energy for the welfare of others than himself. Mr. iPunk is the type of person who makes friends and friendships once formed by him are never broken hy an unfriendly act on his part. Mr. Funk has never been known to inject himself into a situation for mere purpose of gaining publicity. pub-licity.
