Applications for War Book III which have been delivered to residents res-idents throughout the country by the Post Office during the past two weeks, should be filled out by the head of each family and returned by June 10, Hamer S. At the same time he warned that many mistakes have been been made on the applications so far returned to the OPA mailing center, and that errors will cause undue work and delay. Applicants were urged to read instructions on the application and fill it in with care to speed up the tremendous tremen-dous task of distribution.
