Meng, recently completed the final phase of six months active military training under the Reserve Re-serve Forces Act program in Salt Lake City. They are members of the 328th General Hospital at Fort Douglas. Kener, 18, is the son of Mr. 3192E. 3760 South. He is a and Mrs. Lincoln W. Kener, 1958 graduate of Olumpus High School. Meng, 200, son of Mrs. Emma Meng, 280 G. Si., is a 1958 graduate rf West High School. Four soldiers from Salt Lake City, recently completed the final phase of six month active 'military training under the Reserve Forces Act program at Fort Sam Houston Texas. Pvt. James A. Coray, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Quince B. Coray, 1437 E. Ninth, So., attended East High School and the University of Utah. He is scheduled to spend the remain der of his military service with the 32Sth General Hospital. Pvt. Bruce H. Woolley 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. George R. Woolley, 1415 Ramona, is a graduate of East' High School. He is scheduled to spend the remainder of his military service with the 328th General Hospital. Pvt. Wayne E. Winkelkotter, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Winkelkotter, 580 S. Emilia St., is a 1957 graduate of West High School and attended the University of Utah. He is scheduled to spend the remainder remain-der of his military service with the 144th Evacuation Hospital. Pvt. Donald E. Noorda, 19, son of Mr. ' and Mrs. John Noorda, 2832 Chadwick St., is a 1958 graduate of South High School. Army Pvt. Stephen E. Paull, son of Mrs. Flora E. Panll, 1807 E. 3210 S., recently was assigned to duty at the 47th Field Hospital, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Paull entered the Army last August and completed basic training at Fort Carson, Colo. The 2 1 -year- old soldier, whose fother, Charles G. Paull, lives at 2713 Imperial St., formerly worked at the Vet- erans Administration Hospital here . in the city. A 11 J 5 graduate of Olympus High School, he attended the. University of Utah. Army Pvt. Anthony H. Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry D. Taylor, 1869 Mich, igan Ave., recently completed eight weeks of basic combat training at Fort Riley, Kansas. He is a 1953 graduate of Brigham Young University High School, Provo. He also attended the Brigham Young University. |
