Each school in the South East area has been asked to enter two teams of four students each and decorate specified windows with soap only. Decorating will be done under the supervision of a teacher. Thursday between 4 and 8 p.m. Prizes will be awarded win-ning schools in three divisions, elementary, junior high and senior high schools. Halloween Party Silver Spurs Host A masquerade halloween party will be staged by the Silver Spurs with witches, black cats, jack o lanterns and all the Halloween trim-mings setting the pace for the affair, Friday evening, October 31. The members and escorts will meet at 6701 South 23rd East for the annual event. Dancing will be the entertain-ment with games and a floor shbW competing the evening . Be sure to VOTE Nov. 4th Key Club Members Honored At Meet Members of the Highland High Key Club were guests Tuesday of the Sugar House Kiwanis Club. Ralph R. Neilsen, president of the Key Club arranged the program. The club has a membership of 66. H 'Key Club Week" has been set for October 26 to November 1st. Program chairman was Dr. George Latimer.. President Cliff Juhlin conducted the meeting.
