So with voice and manners and messages so much a part of our social life, how about putting your family in top spot in categories by setting aside next family night s '(Telephone '(Tele-phone Hour?" The phone company have some very clever and informative book lets to help instruct the small fry (as well as the older folk who might well need some pleasant reminding, too!) in telephone tactics.
