Show Servicemen Army Reserve 1st Lt. William Wil-liam H. Tingey Jr., whose wife Ruth, lives at 28 Mason Terrace,; Ter-race,; Brookline, Mass. Com-pleted Com-pleted two weeks of annual active duty training Aug.21 at Fort Devens, Mass. Lieutenant Tingey, whose parents live at 163 E. 2140 So., is assigned to the staff of the 915th Surgical Hospital, an Army Reserve unit at Boston Army Base. The 32 year old reservist is employed as a technician at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital iin Boston. He was graduated from Granite High School, the University of Utah in 1952 and Harvard University in 1958. Army PFC Perry D. Larsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence C. Larsen, 2980 S. Fifth street, is a member of the Army Transportation Airfield Operating- Element at Fort Eustice, Va, Larsen entered the Army in March 1957 and completed basic training at Fort Lewis, Washington. Larsen ia 1952 graduate of Granite High School. His wife, Elaine, lives In Denbigh, Va. v Army Pvt. Ellis D. Rishton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis C. Rishton, 1019 Wilson ave., recently completed eight weeks of basic combat training at Fort Carson, Colorado He is a 1953 graduate of South High School, a 1958 graduate of the University of Utah and was formerly employed em-ployed by Fred A. Carleson Co. Army Reserve Master Sgt. Merrill R, Menlove, whose wife, Barbara, lives at 2521 E. 30SO S., fired with the Sixth Army Reserve rifle team in the recent National llifle and Pistol Matches at Camp Perry, Ohio. The annual month-long competition com-petition attracts many of the nation's top marksen. Sargeant Menlove, a member mem-ber of Headquarters Battery Bat-tery of the 96th Division's 362nd Field Artillery Battalion, Bat-talion, Port Douglas,-was grad-. grad-. uated from East High School in 1951 and is employed by Better Built Homes. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walden S. Menlove, live at 1915 Laurelhurst Dr. |
