Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT NOTICE IS HEREBY dVEN: That KAY M. LEWIS is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated June 8, 1982, executed by PAUL LANDES, as Trustor, Trus-tor, to secure certain obligations obliga-tions in favor of COMMERCE FINANCIAL, as Beneficiary, recorded June 10, 1982, as Entry En-try No. 616911 in Book 905 at Page 47 of the official records in the office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Davis County, Utah, describing land therein as: All of Lot 50, NORTHERN HILLS PLAT "B", a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section 20, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, as lecorded in the office of ihe Davis County Recorder. Re-corder. Said obligations included a note for the principal sum of $31,960.00. The beneficial interest under said Deed and the obligations obli-gations secured thereby are now owned by COMMERCE FIRST THRIFT. A breach of and default in the obligation for which such deed is secured has occurred in that payment has not been made as follows: Interest installments Idue July, 1982, through and including November, Novem-ber, 1982, in the sum of $159.80 each TOTAL AMOUNT DUE -- $799.00 By reason of such default, K&yM. Lewis, as Trustee, and Commerce First Thrift, as Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, under said Deed of Trust, do hereby declare all sums secured thereby immediately immedi-ately due and payable and have elected and do hereby elect to cause the trust property to be sold to satisfy the obligations secured thereby.
