Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE THE FOLLOWING FOLLOW-ING DESCRIBED PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD AT PUBLIC PUB-LIC AUCTION to the highest bidder, payable pay-able in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the north door of the Courthouse, Davis County, in Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah on: JANUARY 27, 1986, at the hour of 12:30 P.M. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by LARRY G. BAIN and LYNNE L. BAIN, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of Utah Bank & Trust, covering real property located at 1007 North 300 East, Centerville, Utah, and more particularly parti-cularly described as follows: ALL of Lot 59, CHASE LANE ESTATES "C", a subdivision of part of Sections 5 and 6, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, according accord-ing to the official plat thereof.
