Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that appeals have been filed with the Centerville Center-ville Board of Adjustments Adjust-ments by Mrs. Carrie Peterson and Dr. Kent Arbuckle requesting variances to the zoning ordinances. Mrs. Peterson is requesting re-questing a waiver of the 20 foot rear yard requirement re-quirement for R-l-85 zoning. Ordinance 10-7-504 states: "Rear Yard. The rear yard for any main building shall be 20 feet. . ." Mrs. Peterson is requesting a variance for a 9 foot rear yard. This property proper-ty is located at 584 North 180 East, Centerville, Cen-terville, Utah. Dr. Arbuckle is requesting re-questing a waiver of the 30 foot rear yard requirement re-quirement for a R-1-10 zoning. Ordinance 10-6-504 states: "Rear yard. The Rear yard for any main building shall be 30 feet. . ." Dr. Arbuckle is requesting re-questing a variance for a 17.3 foot rear yard. This property is located lo-cated at 717 East 950 South, Centerville, Utah. For the purpose of hearing arguments for or against the granting of this variance, the Centerville Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 6, 1985, at 7:00 p.m. in the Centerville City Council Chambers, 521 North 400 West, Centerville, Utah.
