Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Main Entrance Entr-ance to the Davis County Courthouse, at the corner of State and Main, Farmington, Utah, on Monday, the 17th day of June, 1985, at the hour of 10:00, a.m. on said day, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by WASATCH FRONT HOMES, INC., as Trustor, to AMERICAN AMER-ICAN TITLE COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Trustee, in favor of COPPER STATE THRIFT & LOAN COMPANY, as Beneficiary, for which Notice of Default De-fault was recorded and to which reference is hereby made, covering real property located in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: EXHIBIT "A" BEGINNING at a point on the East line of the 1-15 frontage fron-tage road, at a point 665.0 feet Easterly along the South line of Lot 12, from the Southwest corner of said Lot 12, Section Sec-tion 36, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence Easterly along said South line 325.83 feet; thence North 02 degrees 07'00" East 148.36 feet, more or less to the North line of said Lot 12; thence Westerly Wes-terly along said North line 266.86 feet, more or less, to the aforementioned aforemen-tioned East line of the 1-15 frontage road; thence Southwesterly South-westerly along said East line of the 1-15 frontage to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
