Show i Notice To Water Users j Notice is hereby given that Dry Gulch Irrigation Company, by L. M. Angus, secretary, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for reinstatement and an extension of time from August 4, 1952 to August 4, 1957, in which to submit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 12624 for the appropriation of 2500 ac.-ft. of water from East Fork of Cottonwood Creek and two' unnamed draws in Duchesne County for irrigation purposes. It is represented that $20,500 has been expended on construction construc-tion of works, and it is estimated esti-mated it will' cost approximately $220,000.00 to complete the works. Additional time is requested re-quested in which to complete work and to prepare and submit Proof of Appropriation. Protests resisting the granting of said .request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed I with the State Engineer, 403 I State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1.
