Show Work Day is Held The Altonah ward Relief Society held their work day meeting at the home of Mrs. Mary Riley, Nov. 13, starting at 10 a.m. A quilt was quilted for Mrs. Mae Weeks with 12 ladies present. A delicious lunch was served by districts 1, 2 and 3 under the supervision of the visiting teachers Nada Murray, Norma Jessen, Ethel Beebe, Vemia Shiner and Mary Powell. Mrs. Minnie Lou Stevenson, who is employed in Salt Lake and Duane Young, a student at the U of U, were weekend guests with home folks. Miss Lula Bell Farns-worth Farns-worth accompanied them to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Farnsworth of Altamont. They spent Saturday in Vernal with Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Corbin. Mr. and Mrs. Melwood Wall and family spent last weekend visiting in Evanston, Wyo. Mr. and Mrs. John Taylor of Duchesne, Mrs. Wall's parents a them.
