Show Ward Has Party Following the customary traditions tradi-tions of this locality, Santa Claus came to greet the inhabitants at the Neola chapel last Saturday evening. eve-ning. A short program, "Christmas "Christ-mas In Many Lands," was given by the Primary, after which the children danced until St. Nicholas made his appearance. Many former residents attend this yearly celebration cele-bration to renew old friendships and to strengthen the bond's of brotherly love and companionship which are part of a small community. com-munity. Two plays were presented, one by the pupils from the' kindergarten kin-dergarten to fifth grades inclusive, another was written and dramatized drama-tized by students of Mr. Dutson. A Welcome visitor at the Ferris Henrie home last week was Clinton Clin-ton Mitchell, of Upalco, who recently re-cently returned from a mission to the Texas-Louisiana mission. He told the family of the activities of their son, Gerald, who is on a mission there at present. |
