Show UTAHNS BEST EDUCATED BUT HAVE LESS MONEY A nation-wide survey now reveals re-veals that Utah leads all other states in education per capita, yet its citizens are near the botton of the income bracket with a per capita annual income of only $439.00. Seventeen per, cent of Utahns over 25 years of age have some college training, and 6.1 per cent have college degrees, compared com-pared with a national average of ten percent with some college education ed-ucation and 4.6 per cent with degrees. de-grees.
