Calvin Marchant arrived home Sunday evening. He has served 4 in the armed forces for the past eighteen months, part of which time he was stationed in Germany. Ger-many. ! Minnie Farnsworth and Anna Belle Thaync arrived home last week from Clearfield, where they have been employed. Miss Farnsworth returned to Salt Lake, Thursday of last week. She was accompanied by Miss Wilma Thayne, who will visit with her sister, Mrs. Hunsaker. Arley Sorcnsen, of Talmage, was in Mt. Home on business one day last week. Bishop Lorin Stevenson went to Salt Lake last Wednesday on business. A number of young folks from Mt. Home attended the basketball basket-ball game at Alterra, between Alterra and Altamont, on Feb 7. Their Gold and Green Ball was enjoyed after the game. Irvin Murphy, from Bridge-land, Bridge-land, was in Mt. Home on business busi-ness one day last week. ( Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Nyberg and Howard Rowley were among those that shopped at Duchesne on Saturday. Mr. Van Tassel and Shelby Taylor were in Bridgeland on business, Wednesday of this week. |
