' A special Genealogy meeting .was held Sunday, Jan, 5. A pro-'gram pro-'gram was given and important ------ I1VVI matters were discussed. Meetings will be held the first Sunday evening each month. The baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs, George Hunt was christened christen-ed in Fast meeting, Sunday. Mrs. Julia Blanchard is home from the hospital much improved, im-proved, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Crow and daughter visited friends and relatives rel-atives here over the weekend. Mrs. Jerry Rich, of Lapoint, visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Alexander, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Adams and children called at the Art Brown home on Sunday. Arlo Blanchard and Louise Bristol, of Bluebell, were united in marriage, Dec. 16, at Duchesne. Du-chesne. The young couple will make their home here. Vick Brown left Monday for Monticello, where he will resume re-sume his work with the AAA. Mr. and Mrs. Ira Pace, of Neola, visited Mr. and Mrs.: I. E. Blanchard one day this week. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Brown were host and hostess at a New Year's dinner. Twenty-one guests were served. Mr. and Mrs. Arlo Blanchard and Mr. and Mrs. I. E. Blanchard Blanch-ard and daughter, Irene, visited Mr. and Mrs. Ted Arnold at Gusher, Saturday. Joe Duncan, of Neola, called at the James Hamblin and C. A. Brown homes Saturday, in the interest of his dairy. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Blanchard, of Vernal, spent Sunday with their parents, Mr, and Mrs. I. E. Blanchard, Mr. and Mrs. Vick Brown spent Saturday evening at the Willis Miller home in Neola. |
