Show Altonah Mrs. Ethel Beebe Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robinson left Sunday for their new home in Pleasant Grove. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Monson moved into the Robinson home, which they have purchased. Miss Nada Maxfield, of Salt Lake City, spent the Christmas holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Linford Maxfield. Mrs, Dallas Ames, Robert and Rex Johanson left Sunday morning for Boise, Idaho, to be with their father, Leo Johanson, Johan-son, who is seriously ill in the hnsnital there. Two daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Powell, of Vernal, are staying with their grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ralphs, while their parents take their younger sister to Salt Lake for medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Anderson and family, of Ioka, visited Sunday Sun-day at the home of Mrs. Ander- con's mother, Mrs. Mary Bow- den. I Mrs. Albert Clark and new baby daughter were able to come from the Roosevelt hospital Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Allred spent a few days in Vernal visiting their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Mecham. Leon and Charley Dump returned re-turned v home Tuesday, after a trip to Leadville, Colorado. Mrs. Leonard McGarry spent the holidays with her small daughter, who is receiving medical med-ical treatment at a hospital in Salt Lake City. The child was ( able to leave the hospital over the holidays, but will return January 6th. Bishop and Mrs. Lester Maxfield Max-field took their son, Larry, to Roosevelt foj medical care, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Burgess spent a day with Mrs, Burgess' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Bowden, at Ft. Duchesne, last week. Miss Stork, Primary supervisor supervis-or from Duchesne, visited school Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. George Carroll and Leonard McGarry were Roosevelt visitors, Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Von Timothy and sons, Mrs. Velma Ralphs and son, of Bonanza, visited relatives rel-atives over the weekend. Mrs. Clinton Bowden and family fam-ily made a trip to Salt Lake City, Tuesday, to visit her father, fath-er, Alma Case. . Mr. and Mrs. Aldon Carroll and Mrs. Richard Clark were in Roosevelt on business, Friday. C. N. Shiner left for Salt Lake City, Tuesday for a visit. |
