Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 17th day of January, 1983, at 1:30 p.m. at the North Main Entrance of the Courts and County Building, Farm-mgton, Farm-mgton, Utah, County of Davis by Bryan W. Cannon as Trustee, Trus-tee, and The Citizens Bank, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Bruce C. Coder and Suretta R. Coder, as Trustors, Trus-tors, recorded December 19 1980, as Entry No. 582241 in Book 851 at Page 799 of Official Offi-cial Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of The Citizens Bank, by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded July 30, 1982, as Entry No.619985 in Book 909 at Page 1052 of Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction au-ction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encumbr-ances, the following described property at 955 North 400 West, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054: All of Lot 5, 6 and 8, BENEFICIAL BUSINESS BUSI-NESS PARK-1, according accord-ing to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Davis County, State of Utah, for the purpose of paying obligations obli-gations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, Trus-tee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
