Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, on August 25, 1987 at the hour of 12:45 p.m. of said day; for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a trust deed dated August Au-gust 20, 1979, executed by Western States Masonary, Inc., as Trustor, covering real property located at 3 South Redwood Road, North Salt Lake, Davis County Utah and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL 1: BEGINNING BE-GINNING at a point on the North line of the Amcor, Inc. property and the East line of Redwood Road ("Davis County Industrial In-dustrial Road" or Utah State Highway High-way No. 68) which point is North 0 degrees de-grees 06'00" East along the Section line 1334.962 feet and South 89 degrees de-grees 56'00" West 1101.32 feet from the East Quarter Corner of Section" 10, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence South 22 degrees 31'35" West along the East line of said Redwood Road 200 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56'00" East 507.30 feet; thence North 185.06 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56'00" West 432.29 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: Beginning Be-ginning on the North line of Amcor Inc., property prop-erty which point is North 0 degrees 06'00" East along section line 1334.962 feet from the East quarter corner of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, and running thence South 89 degrees de-grees 56' 00" West 669.03 feet, more or less, to the East boundary line of Western Masonry, Inc., property; thence South along said property line 185.06 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56' 00" East 669.03 feet; thence North 185.06 feet to the point of beginning.
