Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE THE FOLLOWING described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12 day of September, Sep-tember, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. at the North door of the Davis County Courthouse at Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis; by TRACY COLLINS BANK & TRUST CO., a Utah corporation, as , Trustee, under those certain Deeds of Trust executed by SELF STORAGE, INC., dated April 2, 1980, and January Janu-ary 27, 1981, respectively, said Trust Deeds having been recorded re-corded April 4, 1980, as Entry No. 561863 in Book 820 at Page 27 of the official records, and January 28, 1981, as Entry No. 584804, Book 855, Page 832 of official records in the Office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of TRACY COLLINS BANK & TRUST CO., a Utah Corporation. Corpora-tion. NOTICE OF DEFAULT was recorded January 31, 1983, as Entry No. 732121 in Book 929 at Page 911 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction au-ction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encumbr-ances, the following described property in Davis County, Utah, more particularly described de-scribed as follows: PARCEL 1: BEGINNING BEGIN-NING on the East line of a Highway, 40.0 feet East of the center line thereof, at a point North 0 degrees 03'20" West 652.62 feet along the Section line and South 89 degrees 55' West 92.0 feet, more or less, from the Southeast corner of Section 24, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, the the City of Bountiful, and running thence North 89 degrees 56'40" East 156.75 feet; thence North 90.0 feet, more or less, to a point 1217.5 feet North of the South line of Block 3, North Mill Creek Plat, Bountiful Bounti-ful Townsite Survey; thence West 156.75 feet to the East line of said Highway; thence South 90 feet, more or less, along said Highway to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: BEGINNING BEGIN-NING on the East line of a Highway 40.0 feet East of the center line there of, at a point North 0 de-grees de-grees 03'20" West 652.62 feet along the Section line and South 89 degrees 55' West 92 feet, more or less, from the Southeast corner of Section 24, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Bountiful, and running thence South 0 degrees 03'20" East 82.0 feet along the East line of said Highwa-y; Highwa-y; thence North 89 degrees de-grees 56'40" East 199.36 feet, more or less, to the West line of Kirkhaven Subdivision, Plat "B"; thence North 0 degrees 07' West 171.5 feet, more or less, along the West line of said Subdivision Subdi-vision to a point 1217.5 feet north of the South line of Block 3, North Mill Creek Plat, Bountiful Bounti-ful Townsite Survey; thence West 42.55 feet to a point 156.75 feet east of the East line of said highway; thence South 90 feet, more or less, to a point North 89 degrees 56'40" West 156.75 feet to the point of beginning. FOR THE PURPOSE of paying obligation secured by said Deed of Trust, including the fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note by law provided.
