daughter madelon ann to philip lewis ring of salt lake son of mrs AT mary ary ring walker of missoula montana the marriage will take place september 12 at the home of mr and mrs airs H 0 sanford an uncle and aunt of the bride elect at eight north wolcott salt lake with levi edgar young officiating after which a reception will be held of interest is the fact that the marriage date marks the wedding anniversary of miss wor rys grandparents mr and mrs A N lawson of richfield both of whom will vill be in attendance at the wedding the bride elect is a former student of the university of utah and a member of chi omega mr ring is affiliated with phi delta theta fraternity numerous social functions in salt lake and ogden are being planned in compliment to miss werry who has also been the redmond today after which the party will go to salt lake to remain until after the wedding mrs thornton D morris sister of the bride elect and miss dence sanford will receive at an after noon tea friday from 4 to 7 at the morris home 1414 arlington drive salt lake in compliment to miss werry other social functions planned in her honor include a luncheon at the town club in salt lake with miss peterson and daughters were hostesses to a number of ladies at a delightfully arranged miscellaneous shower at the peterson home tuesday evening entertaining features during the evening were vocal solos by miss ruby thurber a story by miss madge peterson and a vocal quartet by the peterson sisters A dainty lunch was served many beautiful gifts were presented the honor guest indian creek above
