| Show mask club active wednesday night the R H S mask club held its second regular meeting which was conducted by the club vice president preston gledhill the evenings entertainment consisted of a one act play presented under the direction of dorothy chalk one of the school dramatic art students with the cast including lanea delange olive ogden and utahna gledhill As a special feature the misses madge una and anna lou peterson sang a trio bernice dastrup rendered a piano solo and gwen ashman entertained the audience with a clever reading in conclusion the club president dent fern christensen gave a discussion of the plans that have been made which insure a successful club year the mask club costume carnival ball which was held on halloween the day set aside for the club was a marked success as was shown by the wholehearted whole hearted participation of the students and the townspeople it was something different and people thronged thron ged the anona A prize was awarded to the best costumed participants the judges after due consideration and close observation announced alta bates and nellie beutler as the costumed rivals who well deserved the prize |
