| Show adult classes of M 1 I A feted I 1 tuesday evening was one of rare enjoyment for tile the adult classes of the sevier stake al 1 I A when they were entertained by the stake board at a program followed by a basket luncheon at glenwood the party was given in recognition of the enthusiastic cooperation of the esses in reading the book outlined for them in the M I 1 A reading course grandmother browns hundred years the program was held in the glenwood ward chapel which was appropriately decorated with spring flowers for the occasion andrew anderson of the stake board acted as master of ceremonies and practically all stake officers were in attendance program numbers consisted of the pleasing rendition of two selections by a ladies chorus composed of mrs jos al ogden mrs arthur ence mrs J milton poulson mrs airs enoch R larsen mrs leo leonard nard ogden and mrs senius nielson directed by mrs A J bird remarks by judge N J bates and mrs airs ruth peterson a reading an indian legend by R T thurber and a one act play the song of solomon from the glenwood ward the luncheon in the ward recreation hall was equally enjoyable an impromptu program was in order during the social hour |
